- Do adults and kids play separately ? - Show Answer
Yes. We arrange separate and different games for adults and 10-13 year olds.
- Do you split groups up? - Show Answer
No. Your group will all play together all day. We join up small groups of a similar age and attitude to make up a team.
- Does it hurt when you get shot? - Show Answer
The balls are made of gelatin and filled with harmless water based dye, which are designed to split on impact. There can be a slight sting if hit by a paintball at close range and occasionally the odd bruise can occur, but all this adds to the excitement of the day. Campaign use only top quality paintballs and offer ‘body armour’ which reduces this problem. To minimise the odd 'sting' even further, bring your own thin gloves or proper paintball gloves can be purchased on the day.
- How many paintballs do we need? - Show Answer
Average use for a day is 400-500 paintballs per person. There is little point in trying to make 100 paintballs last a whole day as we all get trigger happy. For half days or shorter kids days, we recommend at least 300 paintballs per person.
- What happens on the day? - Show Answer
At the start of the day all players receive a full safety briefing and equipment demonstration. Then prior to each game, players receive a specific mission briefing so they know what the objective of that game is. During the day they will take part in a total of approximately 7-9 missions on various zones, with a break back at base camp after every 2 games. So 4-5 games in the morning, lunch break and then 4-5 games in the afternoon.
