Yes: Laser Tag = from 8 years, Paintball = from 11 years and Airsoft from 12 years (please note anyone under 16 must bring completed consent form and need to be accompanied by an adult)

No, please bring your own suitable outdoor recreation activity footwear, preferably with ankle support is recommended
